If you try to access your account and the account has been temporarily blocked, a message appears. This is due to incorrect use of the access credentials, and for security reasons, Ccoins blocks access to accounts when a user has erred more than three times in the access data to the account. To regain access, Ccoins will send an email with the account unlocking process, and you must follow the steps indicated in the email to be able to unlock your account. If you cannot validate some of the steps, you must send an email explaining your case to support@ccoins.io, and our Support team will request information with which they can help you in your case.
