Login to your Outlook email and go to [Settings] – [View all Outlook settings].
Click [Email] – [Spam]. You will see [Safe senders and domains].
Click [Add] to add the official Ccoins email to the list (support@ccoins.io). This ensures that Outlook does not move emails from Ccoins to the spam folder. Click [Save] to save the settings.
Gmail
Login to your Gmail account and go to [Settings] – [View all settings].
Go to the [Filters and blocked addresses] tab. Click [Create a new filter].
Copy and paste the official Ccoins email addresses into the [From] field, for example, (support@ccoins.io)
Click [Create filter].
Check the box next to [Never spam] and click [Create filter].
